1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pinaswin ("pinaswin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pinaswin website located at pinaswin.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the pinaswin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pinaswin Platform. pinaswin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pinaswin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pinaswin services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify pinaswin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pinaswin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pinaswin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC): pinaswin operates a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: pinaswin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your pinaswin account. pinaswin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• pinaswin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Currency: All transactions on pinaswin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pinaswin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pinaswin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pinaswin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• pinaswin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pinaswin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pinaswin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pinaswin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• pinaswin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error.
• For live sports betting, bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinaswin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false information during registration or at any other time.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pinaswin Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of pinaswin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pinaswin Platform without the prior written consent of pinaswin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pinaswin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pinaswin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

pinaswin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pinaswin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

pinaswin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pinaswin Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pinaswin implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and pinaswin cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your pinaswin account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

14. Amendments

pinaswin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pinaswin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the pinaswin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
